• At least one (1) year of experience & knowledge in hotel F&B, Banquet, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to converse in English
• Ability to work as a team and flexible working hours.
• Capable of assisting in Halal documentation work.
• Strong Problem-solving skills and Attention to Detail.

ResponsibilitiesBanquet Operations:

• Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events.
• Ensure banquet rooms are arranged according to event specifications.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and event planners for food and beverage service.
• Oversee the timely and efficient execution of events.
• Ensure high-quality service and address guest requests promptly.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and resolve any service issues.
• Gather feedback from guests to improve future events.

Staff Management:

• Supervise and coordinate banquet servers, bartenders, and support staff.
• Assign tasks and ensure staff adhere to service standards.
• Train employees on banquet procedures, customer service, and safety protocols.

Inventory & Equipment Management:

• Ensure banquet equipment, linens, and supplies are available and in good condition.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
• Oversee proper storage and maintenance of banquet items.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor proper food handling and beverage service procedures.
• Train staff on emergency procedures and safety guidelines.

Financial & Administrative Duties:

• Assist in controlling labor and operational costs.
• Track event expenses and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain banquet reports and event documentation.
