-CARRYING OUT CUTTING AND BENDING OF REINFORCEMENT STEEL BAR USING HAND AND POWER TOOLS ALONG WITH FABRICATION -PERFORM MAINTENANCE OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS -HANDLING AND STORING REQUIRED TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS ACCORDING TO SAFETY RULES AND REGULATIONS

Phase 1 of Vivacitywill house the largest shopping mall in Sarawak \xe2\x80\x9cVivacity Megamall\xe2\x80\x9d with a Gross Floor Area of 1,300,000 s.f. and on top of the mall stands \xe2\x80\x9cThe Jazz Suites\xe2\x80\x9d which comprises 672 units of high end condominium housed in 4 blocks. Vivacity Megamall is slated to open for business in Q3, 2015 and Jazz Suites are expected to be delivered to purchasers in 2016.
