We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced
Bar Supervisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring excellent service and smooth bar operations. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
Train, motivate, and lead the bar team to deliver excellent customer service.
Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards and recipes.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and handle ordering of bar supplies.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Support in developing new beverage menus and promotions.
Maintain accurate records of sales, wastage, and staff performance.
Assist in scheduling and managing bar staff shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
