Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our Coffee & Bakery Department. Team members will play a key role in delivering high-quality baked goods, freshly brewed coffee, and exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
Provide product recommendations and upsell bakery and coffee items
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously
Food & Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipes and standards
Assist in baking, finishing, and displaying bread, pastries, and cakes
Ensure freshness and quality of all products
Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and display counters
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Follow food safety and handling guidelines
Team Collaboration
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
Support other departments when necessary
Participate in training and skill development sessions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
