Prepare and serve a wide selection of hot and cold beverages -- including coffee, tea, artisan creations, and specialty drinks -- in accordance with established recipes, quality guidelines, and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace by regularly sanitizing workstations, equipment, utensils, and customer seating areas.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and assist in placing orders to ensure consistent product availability.
Deliver warm, professional customer service by greeting and engaging guests in a friendly, approachable, and attentive manner.
Provide clear explanations of menu offerings and offer personalized recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
Accurately process customer transactions, including handling cash and digital payments efficiently, responsibly, and in line with company procedures.
Consistently uphold high service and quality standards, contributing to a positive and seamless cafe operation.
Requirements
Fully vaccinated (minimum of two doses).
Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification in any discipline.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Preferably owns own transport.
No prior barista experience required -- comprehensive training will be provided.
