Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages -- including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks -- in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace by regularly sanitizing workstations, equipment, utensils, and customer seating areas.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock effectively to ensure consistent product availability.
Provide warm, professional customer service by greeting and engaging with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
Clearly explain menu offerings and make personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Accurately process customer transactions, including handling cash and digital payments efficiently and responsibly.
Consistently uphold service excellence and maintain high quality standards in all aspects of operations.
Requirements
Fully vaccinated (minimum of 2 doses).
Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification in any discipline.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn.
Preferably possesses own transport.
No prior barista experience necessary - training will be provided.
