Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages--including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks--while adhering to standard recipes, quality guidelines, and presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment by regularly cleaning and sanitizing workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment. Monitor, manage, and replenish stock efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations. Greet customers warmly and interact with them in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere. Provide clear explanations of menu items and offer personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Handle customer payments accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures. Deliver exceptional service at all times while consistently upholding company quality and service standards.
