Prepare and serve a diverse range of hot and cold beverages -- including coffee, tea, artisan creations, and specialty drinks -- in accordance with established recipes, quality benchmarks, and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace by consistently sanitizing workstations, equipment, tools, and customer seating areas.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and assist with ordering to ensure steady product availability and minimal waste.
Deliver warm, professional customer service by greeting and engaging guests in a friendly, approachable, and attentive manner.
Communicate menu offerings clearly and provide personalized recommendations to elevate the overall customer experience.
Accurately process customer transactions, including handling cash and digital payments in a timely, responsible manner aligned with company protocols.
Uphold high standards of service, quality, and teamwork to support smooth and efficient cafe operations.
Requirements
Fully vaccinated (minimum of two doses).
Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification in any discipline.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Preferably owns own transport.
No prior barista experience required -- comprehensive training will be provided.
