Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages--including coffee, tea, artisan drinks, and specialty creations--while adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace by regularly cleaning workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
Manage, replenish, and organize inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
Greet customers warmly and engage with them in a friendly, professional manner.
Provide clear explanations of menu items and offer thoughtful product recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Consistently deliver excellent service and uphold the highest quality standards.
Requirements
Fully vaccinated with at least two doses.
Minimum SPM/Secondary School education in any field.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, and eager to learn.
Preferably possesses own transportation.
No prior barista experience required--comprehensive training will be provided.
