Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a range of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Take orders, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the bar and customer seating areas
Restock supplies as needed and manage inventory for a smooth service flow
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
Experience
: Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred, but training can be provided
Skills
: Basic coffee-making skills, good communication, and multitasking abilities
Personality
: Friendly, customer-oriented, and a team player
Physical Requirement
: Ability to stand for long periods and carry light to medium loads
