Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages -- including coffee, tea, artisan blends, and specialty drinks -- in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Ensure a clean, hygienic, and organized environment by regularly sanitizing workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment. Monitor and manage inventory effectively to maintain stock levels and support seamless daily operations. Create a welcoming atmosphere by warmly greeting customers and building positive, lasting impressions. Clearly communicate product offerings and services, and confidently make personalized recommendations based on customer preferences. Accurately handle customer transactions, including order entry and payment processing via the point-of-sale (POS) system. Consistently deliver attentive, high-quality service to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction within the cafe.

Requirements

Fully vaccinated with a minimum of two (2) doses. Minimum qualification: Secondary School Certificate / SPM (in any field). Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive and energetic attitude, and a willingness to learn. Own transportation preferred for greater convenience and scheduling flexibility. No prior barista experience required -- comprehensive training will be provided.
