Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages -- including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks -- following established recipes and presentation standards.
Uphold exceptional hygiene and cleanliness by regularly cleaning and sanitizing workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
Manage and organize inventory efficiently to ensure product availability and smooth daily operations.
Deliver a warm, welcoming customer experience by greeting guests courteously and building genuine connections.
Communicate product knowledge clearly, describing menu items and confidently recommending options that match customer preferences.
Accurately process customer orders and payments using the POS system.
Consistently maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and create a positive cafe atmosphere.
Requirements
Fully vaccinated with a minimum of two (2) doses.
Possess at least a
Secondary School / SPM certificate
in any field.
Proficient in both
written and spoken English and Malay
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an energetic and positive attitude.
Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced cafe environment.
Preferably with own transportation for convenience and flexibility.
No prior barista experience required
