1. Culinary Experience & Skills
Minimum
1 year of experience
in a cafe or restaurant kitchen setting.
Competent in preparing a range of dishes, with a focus on
pasta, brunch items
, and
side dishes
.
Able to
follow recipes accurately
, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
A
quick learner
, adaptable to new menus, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
Proficient in
basic knife skills
and safe handling of kitchen tools and equipment.
2. Work Ethic & Team Collaboration
Punctual, reliable
, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Maintains a
professional and respectful attitude
towards colleagues and management.
Performs well under pressure and remains
calm and focused during peak service hours

Committed to

3. Communication & Language Proficiency
Able to understand and follow instructions in
Malay and/or English

4. Hygiene Standards & Certifications
Holds a
valid Food Handling Certificate

Typhoid vaccination
is preferred.
Practices
excellent personal hygiene
and maintains a
clean, organized workstation
at all times.
5. Physical Requirements
Able to
stand for long periods
and maintain energy throughout extended shifts.
Physically capable of performing moderate kitchen duties, including
lifting, bending
, and
repetitive prep work

6. Availability & Schedule
Willing to work
split shifts
or extended hours (
11:30 AM - 11:30 PM
, with a 2-hour break).
Must be available on
weekends and public holidays

one scheduled day off per week
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
