Minimum of 1 year experience working in a cafe or restaurant kitchen environment.
Proficient in preparing a variety of dishes, particularly pasta, brunch items, and side dishes.
Strong ability to follow recipes accurately and adhere to portion control guidelines.
Quick learner with adaptability to new menus and cooking techniques.
Competent in basic knife skills and knowledgeable about kitchen equipment safety protocols.

Possesses a valid Food Handling Certificate.
Typhoid vaccination is preferred.
Maintains exceptional personal hygiene and ensures cleanliness in the kitchen workspace.
5. Physical Requirements
Able to stand for extended periods and maintain energy throughout shifts.
Physically capable of handling moderate kitchen duties, including lifting, bending, and food preparation tasks.
6. Schedule & Availability
Flexible to work split shifts or long hours, typically from 11:30 AM to 11:30 PM, including a 2-hour break.
Available to work on weekends and public holidays, with only one day off per week
