At least 1 year in a cafe or restaurant kitchen.
Skilled in preparing pasta, brunch, and side dishes.
Can follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality.
Fast learner, adaptable to new menus and techniques.
Good knife skills and safe use of kitchen tools.

Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Positive, respectful, and cooperative with team and management.
Maintains high hygiene and cleanliness standards.
3. Communication
Understands and follows instructions in Malay and/or English.
Can read order tickets, prep sheets, and recipes accurately.
4. Hygiene & Certification
Must have a valid Food Handling Certificate.
Typhoid vaccination preferred.
Practices excellent personal and kitchen hygiene.
5. Physical Requirements
Can stand long hours and handle moderate physical tasks (lifting, bending, repetitive work).
6. Schedule & Availability
Willing to work long or split shifts (11:30 AM-11:30 PM with a 2-hour break).
Must be available on weekends and public holidays; one rest day weekly.
