Minimum of 1 year experience working in a cafe or restaurant kitchen environment.
Basic proficiency in preparing pasta, brunch items, and side dishes.
Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistent portion control.
Quick learner, adaptable to new menus, cooking techniques, and kitchen procedures.
Familiar with fundamental knife skills and safe operation of kitchen equipment.

5. Physical Requirements
Physically fit to stand for extended periods.
Able to perform moderate physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and basic food preparation.
6. Schedule & Availability
Willing to work split shifts or long hours (11:30 AM - 11:30 PM), including a 2-hour break.
Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
Only one day off per week.
