Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Create, prepare, and beautifully present pastries, breads, and plated desserts that reflect our brand's vision and quality standards. Develop seasonal dessert menus and new recipes, balancing creativity with practicality. Maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation across all products. Oversee daily production schedules and coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for the pastry section. Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP or local standards). Train, mentor, and support junior pastry and kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and motivated environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation and ensure equipment is in top condition.

Qualifications



Strong technical knowledge of baking, dessert plating, and pastry fundamentals. Proven ability to manage production schedules, meet deadlines, and multitask under pressure. Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and passion for innovation. Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a positive, proactive attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
