Job Description
Beverage preparation
: Brew specialty coffees and espresso drinks, and prepare other hot and cold beverages like teas and blended drinks.Customer service
: Greet customers, take orders accurately, suggest menu items, handle payments, and create a welcoming atmosphere.Order and payment processing
: Use a point-of-sale (POS) system to handle cash and credit card transactions.Cleaning and maintenance
: Keep the work area, equipment (like espresso machines and grinders), and seating areas clean and sanitized.Stocking
: Restock supplies like coffee beans, milk, cups, and pastries as needed.Cashiering
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
