Job Description
\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cafe \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the efficiency of the cafe operations as well maintaining high standards of quality and service \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative and innovation to create new drinks \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible of stock handling, stock ordering, stock control and stock cost management \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare the food and beverages \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the outlet equipment are maintain up to the standard, clean and organized \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaint and solve it on the spot when it occurred \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and ensure team members are adhering to company\xe2\x80\x99s policy and procedures Requirements: - \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have at least 1 year or above of working experiences an established cafe, preferable with FandB background \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess own transport \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to manage the cafe and work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses a Self-motivated , Positive, Reliable and Responsible attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate and proactive in customer service and problem-solving
