Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service Prepare various tea, milk tea, and specialty beverages according to standard procedures Ensure the taste, quality, and serving speed meet company standards Handle cashiering, order-taking, and customer inquiries Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene at all times Assist with daily store operations, including preparation, stock-taking, and inventory management Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Requirements:

18 years old and above, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent No prior experience required (experience in beverage/F&B industry is an advantage) Cheerful personality with good communication and customer service skills Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays Team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment
