Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Clean and sanitize workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment
Organize and maintain stock and inventory
Greet and engage with every customer in a friendly and professional manner
Describe menu items and make product recommendations to customers
Receive and process customer payments accurately
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
Requirements:
Fully vaccinated with at least
2 doses
Minimum
SPM / Secondary School
certificate in any field
Proficient in
written and spoken English and Malay
Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, and eager to learn
Candidates with
own transport
are preferred
No prior barista experience required
- training will be provided
