Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks, in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace by regularly cleaning workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
Manage stock levels and inventory efficiently, ensuring supplies are well-organized and replenished as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting every guest in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Clearly explain menu offerings and proactively make product recommendations based on customer preferences.
Accurately handle customer transactions, including cash and electronic payments.
Uphold high standards of service quality and contribute to a positive and welcoming environment.
Requirements
Fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine).
Minimum qualification: SPM / Secondary School Certificate in any field.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and energetic personality.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with their own transport are preferred.
No prior barista experience required - training will be provided.
