Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment. Manage stock and inventory efficiently, ensuring supplies are well-organized and readily available. Welcome and engage with every customer warmly and professionally, creating a positive and memorable experience. Explain menu items clearly and provide personalized product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Accurately handle customer transactions and process payments with attention to detail. Consistently deliver high-quality customer service and contribute to a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere.

Requirements:

Fully vaccinated with at least 2 doses. Minimum SPM / Secondary School certificate in any field. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay. Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, and eager to learn. Own transport is preferred. No prior barista experience required - training will be provided.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
