Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages--including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks--in accordance with standard recipes, quality expectations, and presentation guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment, at all times.
Manage and replenish stock and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
Greet, engage, and build rapport with customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Provide clear descriptions of menu items and offer suitable product recommendations based on customer preferences.
Accurately handle customer transactions, including cash and digital payments.
Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's service standards.
Requirements
Fully vaccinated (minimum of 2 doses).
Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification in any field.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
Strong interpersonal skills, with an energetic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates with their own transport are preferred.
No prior barista experience required--comprehensive training will be provided.
