Responsibilities:
- Greet, receive and process customer order
- Receive and process payments, handle POS system and cash flow
- Prepare beverages following guideline & recipe
- Dining area cleaning and upkeeping
- Ensure stockkeeping are up to date and no shortage
- Ensure proper and attractive store display
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Quality control of food and beverages, always keep them up to standard
- Provide good customer service to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcomed, added advantage for candidates with working experience
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Willing to work OT as and when required
- Outstanding communication skills
