Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a bar, club, or restaurant (preferred).
• Good knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
• Pleasant appearance, polite, and with a positive attitude.
• Able to communicate in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Honest, disciplined, and a team player.
• Responsible and committed to maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Create new cocktail recipes and recommend drinks to guests.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Provide excellent service and build rapport with guests.
• Handle cash, payments, and record transactions accurately.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards behind the bar.
• Check stock levels and report shortages to the Bar Manager.
• Assist in bar opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth bar operations.
