- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Timber Industry or related industries such as Construction/contractors project sales, Decking/Furniture sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Fluent in Mandarin is required for this role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Salary Package: RM 3,500 - 6,000 Basic (Subject to Work Experiences) + Sales Comm
- Develop and manage relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by understanding the needs of clients and offering them enterprise solutions that meet these needs.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve company objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth in the Timber Industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients to maintain relationships and secure long-term business partnerships.
- Stay learning about timber or related industry developments and continously enchace sales knowledge and skills.
