- Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
- Applicants with fluent proficiency in traditional Mandarin (read, speak, and type)
- Applicants with Conversational English (read, speak, and type)
- Applicants with proficient Cantonese
- Applicants can work 24-hours rotational shift for 9 hours and 1-hour break.
- Applicants can work 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays) and take 2 rotational days off.
- Applicants can start on 26th of June
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat regarding hotel reservation and travel product information and other enquiries.
- Assist with planning, booking and managing client travel arrangements.
- Understand the client\'s needs, provide accurate travel options, coordinate transportation and arrange an excellent travel experience.
- Providing information about local and regional attractions, sightseeing tours, arts and entertainment, and providing maps and brochures.
- Monthly Salary: RM3000 Basic + RM250 Relocation Allowance + up to RM 390 KPI allowance + RM500 night shift allowance.
- EPF + SOSCO
- Annual leaves and Medical Leaves
- 1 month of training with basic salary will be provided.
