- Applicants with a minimum SPM qualification.
- Proficient in English, and Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
- Good command of Cantonese
- Have no issue to based at Subang Jaya Office, Selangor
- Able to start working on 28th August 2023
- Handling all inbound, and outbound calls and emails from customers regarding flight and travel booking inquiries/complaints/issues.
- Passionate and provide satisfied customer service.
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 3,750 Basic + Up to RM 300 KPI Allowance
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (Including 1 hour break)
