Description
Primary Objective:
Manage and achieve sales budgeted premium.
Responsible in retaining existing client, develop new
business and ensure growth production in line with
company\'s requirement.
Supervise and manage the sales team
Responsible to the overall business unit\'s prof
Key Responsibilities:
To achieve set production target & targeted profitability.
Develop and coordinate expansion plan for growth from group source
In charge of coordinating collection activities to ensure outstanding premium is within manageable level and done within the Comp
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any field.
Minimum 7 years working experience in insurance industry Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Independent and sound knowledge in insurance
