Job Description
DescriptionPrimary Objective:
Assist to achieve sales budgeted premium.
Assist and responsible in retaining existing client, develop new business and ensure growth production in line with company\'s requirement.
Assist to manage the sales team
Responsible for designated portfolio in tKey Responsibilities:
Assist to achieve set production target & targeted profitability.
Assist in developing and coordinate expansion plan for growth from group source
In charge of coordinating collection activities to ensure outstanding premium is within manageable level andRequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).Minimum 5 years working experience in insurance industryGood interpersonal and organisational skills
Able to work with minimum supervision.
