- Deliver warm and personable customer service. 
 
- Understand clients\' needs and offer expert advice on makeup products that best suit their needs. 
 
- Strive to achieve both individual and team sales targets. 
 
- Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned. 
 
 
 
Job Requirements: 
 
- Flexible availability to work during retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays). 
 
- Exhibit a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent client service and communication skills. 
 
- Display a genuine passion for selling cosmetic and beauty products. 
 
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu. 
 
- Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
