Job Summary
As a Beauty & Wellness Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's brand of cosmetic and skincare product, providing advice to customers, and working towards achieving the sales targets, while also maintaining a positive and knowledgeable image of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales objectives.
2. Improve the brand's visibility and generate sales.
3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve KPI set by the company.
4. Have a strong interest in beauty product industry.
5. Promptness & helpfulness in providing assistance, timeline, perform and proactive.
6. Participate in the trainings to develop products knowledge.
7. Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
8. Handle customer inquiries and reply professionally.
9. Prepare regular sales reports and track performance against targets.
Qualifications:
SPM, Diploma in beauty or equivalent.
Preferably with 2-5 years of sales experience in the skincare industry. Fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
Possess strong communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Malay.
Possess own transportation.
Willing to travel within Malaysia.
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
