Roles and Responsibilities Descriptions of Duties: 1. Business Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in plan, coordinate and manage the project documentation as per timeless and requirements set by the customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in monitoring renew & registration company\'s license e.g.: CIDB, MOF, and Suruhanjaya Tenaga. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in work orders and purchase orders from customer in a timely deliver. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in monitoring project progress and update in Project Masterlist. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to issue the Sales Order, Purchase Requisitions and Delivery Order Using SAP. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparing & monitoring All Document for Tender & Request for Quotation (RFQ). \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to advice Finance Department to release invoice 21 days after acknowledgement of Delivery Order (DO). \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in monitoring customer feedback from Customer Satisfaction Survey. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for other related jobs assigned by the superior as and when required. 2. Administrative \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to carry out processes such as duplicating, scanning, uploading/ downloading, registration and filling for all incoming and outgoing documentation to ensure availability & accessibility of document whenever require. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to control and monitor the flow of each document, either from internal and external parties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in control and manage the filling, archiving and control of project related to projects, technical reports, design records, standard & procedures and project related correspondence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in keeping record and archiving all hard and soft copies of related document. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in provide full administrative support to the department in daily operation. 3. Document Controller \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to acknowledge and validate all documentation received and distribute to relevant parties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist check the formatting of documents to ensure follow the procedures and guidelines required for the project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in maintain the masterlist to ensure documents have been received or issued follow the right revision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for providing day-to-day document control activities for department and ensure that the documentation is organized and according to Standard ISO.
