We are recruiting for Sales Coordinator at the Singapore site to establish and maintain successful relationships with customers by taking full responsibility for all interactions, by telephone and email, to ensure their requirements are fully met.
Responsibilities:

• You will provide support to channel manager, sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries, maintain accurate and current records such as contracts, distributor agreements, quotations, proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions, company profile, finance documents, product documents for tendering process.
• Handle tendering websites for Singapore and Malaysia, including GeBiz, SESAMI, E-Perolehan, hospital tendering websites and etc.
• To assist in all Tenders and Invitation to Quote and ePRS document filling and submission, sales Demo/sample requests and tracking for customer\xe2\x80\x99s evaluation.
• Review and identify gaps in trade, regulatory and legal compliance for business needs
• Work closely as a team with other function units such as legal, trade, regulatory, quality, finance, operations and customer service.
• Manage stock and backorder enquiries, provides available solutions to customers.
• Effectively track activities, collecting customer information and developing opportunities in Salesforce.com
• Participate in training and development programs as a means of continuous improvement!
• Cover vacant field territories at manager\xe2\x80\x99s request.
• Follow up with customers on marketing promotions & campaigns and on open quotation to close sales leads
• Generates and processes new sales leads into quotation as necessary
• Participate in company initiatives when required
• Answers phone calls from customers and provide sales related supports as they arise

• Diploma or Degree in Life Science or Biotechnology, with 2-3 years of experience in lab, sales, sales support or customer service in the science industry preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Words & Excel and Power Point are a must.
• Candidates will be handling tender and bid documents written in English and Malay thus the need for proficiency in both English and Malay.
• A good teammate with proactive, willing to learn and positive demeanor,
