Specialist Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information across.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipments or materials.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Similar to above also in coordinating and process return order.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
Liaise with Store Department and carry out stock balance checking.
To communicate daily with our commercial team and ensure your teammate to update them on the status of client orders, summarize, compile and email the report required.
Handle all debtor account. To monitoring and follow up each delivery to Cash Client till payment received (Cheque OR Cash)

Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
Required language(s): Mandarin, English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
A team player with high level of dedication.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to meet deadlines
Preferably a detailed oriental and fast learner.
