Position Summary


As a Bilingual Player Support Specialist, you'll serve as the vital connection between our premier gaming partner and their global player community. Your fluency in Mandarin and English will be essential in delivering outstanding support and fostering positive player relationships through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver premium support services to international gaming communities through digital communication platforms Investigate and resolve player technical issues and general inquiries with precision Manage multiple support systems and knowledge bases to provide accurate, timely solutions Document player feedback and escalate critical issues through proper channels Maintain exceptional quality standards while meeting performance objectives

Qualifications & Requirements



Full professional proficiency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written) Minimum one year of professional experience in digital customer support Technical aptitude with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools Flexible availability for rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends Personal computer/laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection
