To update patient account and insurance medical reports on daily basis.
To verify all charge ticket submitted to ensure completeness of charges.
To verify all MCO cases with completeness of medical report and to ensure GL cases the validity date.
To prepare invoices upon patient discharge and to verify by Billing Officer if any problem arise.
To prepare interim/ estimation bill upon patient request.
To print out detail transaction on daily basis for Billing Officer to counter check.
To maintain complete set of charges and pricing.
To calculate charges manually for all items used if system not available.
To report to Billing Officer when uncertain about item usage in the charge ticket.
To print daily statement of account for patient to top up deposit.
To file all invoices and sort documents in chronological order.
To record QA on daily basis for billing officer to verify.
To liaise with external parties\xe2\x80\x99 i.e. Laboratory and Hospital to obtain charges upon discharge.
To perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
