Job Description

The Billing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate and timely invoices for freight forwarding services, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete, and maintaining proper billing records. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of logistics documentation, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare invoices for freight forwarding services in both

MY (Malaysia)

and

SG (Singapore)

currency. Ensure all invoices are accurate and supported with the correct documentation. Utilize

SQL

for billing tasks, data extraction, and validation. Verify and identify logistics-related documents such as

CIPL, DO, PO

, and other supporting documents for invoicing. Ensure each job is opened correctly with

no duplication

and quality data entry is maintained. Dispatch all invoices promptly to clients for payment processing. Act as a checkpoint to ensure all operational/custom clearance documents are complete before billing submission. Handle scanning, filing, and maintaining organized, retrievable documents. Update and maintain the

Unbilled Status Report

. Resolve disputed invoices and pending jobs by coordinating with the Customer Service and Operations teams. Manage and monitor

invoice rejections

from clients; work with CS/Ops to correct issues and resubmit amended invoices. Prepare

Revised Invoice Forms

for disputed or amended billing requests. Prepare

internal billing

for Malaysia and Thailand.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
