to support our logistics invoicing. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing and invoicing, strong attention to detail, working knowledge of logistics and customs documentation, and basic SQL skills to support billing data and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices for freight and logistics services.
Verify billing accuracy based on job orders, rates, and supporting documents.
Perform billing reconciliation and assist with contra, credit notes, and adjustments.
Maintain billing records and update systems accurately.
Use SQL and internal systems to retrieve billing data and generate reports.
Coordinate with operations and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with logistics and customs documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in
billing, invoicing, or finance support
(logistics industry preferred).
Knowledge of freight operations and customs documentation.
Basic working knowledge of
SQL
and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
