Billing Specialist

Responsible for day-to-day operational duties, invoicing, invoice generation for assigned portfolio of countries and ensure invoices sent to customer on timely manner
Prepares adjustments (credit/debit memos) when necessary and ensuring the adjustments is prepared in accordance with the relevant policies and approval.
Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of bills and billing reports
Responsible for sales revenue accounting in accordance with the corporate's revenue recognition policies
Maintain accuracy of Revenue Recognition in reporting
Perform month-end close activities
Liaise with internal and external on billing related matters, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager

Required Skills

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree, or Diploma (Account/Finance)

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
Experience in using ERP, Ms Dynamic Nav and FinancialForce are an added advantage.
Able to perform under a tight timeline
