Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Key Purpose of the Role:

• Responsible for assisting issue the invoices to customers, answering to billing queries-internal/external parties & upkeep and maintain customer database

Strategic Outcome:

• Integral part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within a business

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing:

• Calling & monitoring incoming payment of down payment - cash customer and staggered payment term
• Processing the daily invoices - sending to customers via email, courier, and customer portal
• Answering to billing queries-external parties
• Assist to issue and sent the invoices and bills to customers through various channels of correspondence such as post-mail, e-mails etc.
• Invoice qualification check-update mode of invoice delivery

Administration:

• Taking care customer database- upkeep and maintain mode of invoice delivery & special requirement from customer related to invoices
• Work closely with operation team on day-to-day billing duties
• Perform administrative tasks as required to meet the department's needs

What You Need to Succeed

Competencies:

• Good Interpersonal and Verbal/Written Communication
• Ability to prioritise and control own workload
• Willing to learn with positive attitude and customer-oriented
• Team player with good communication and strong initiative
• Knowledge on SAP will be added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office especially MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Results-driven and patient
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness

Mandatory:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree preferable in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration and/or related/equivalent field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position (fresh graduates are welcomed)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Words and Outlook
• Proactive, take initiative and well organized
• Efficient in solving problems, and working with diverse variables
