Job Description

Develop and administer Billing plans and processes such as invoice generation to achieve accuracy and effective delivery of billing information to customers under the Oil & Gas and Industrial Project in line with internal and external policies and standards, regulations and compliance requirements.

• Develop and administer Billing plans and processes to achieve accurate and effective delivery of billing information to customers.
• Deliver Billing support services, operations and systems to required standards, policies, targets and schedule such as SLA and internal and external customer expectations.
• Execute processes and ensure compliance to provide timely billing and maintenance of customer accounts.
• Monitor and analyze system operations to ensure effective and timely delivery of billing information to customers.
• Implement billing operations using current technology to maximize effectiveness and accuracy of existing systems.
• Handle issues related to bill discrepancies such as incorrect rates, charges, etc., or direct queries to billing inquiry team.
• Develop solutions to complex billing problems and work with system designers to integrate these solutions with the existing systems.
• Assist with planning and implementing initiatives to ensure integration of current and future technologies.
• Resolve customer issues such as billing disputes, overdue payments, need for treatment plans, problems with data quality, etc.
• Prepare proposals for service improvements that will deliver higher quality and/or lower cost.
• Generate invoices based on purchase orders considering applicable discounts.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics and Transportation or equivalent experience/qualification.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in freight forwarding background (Airfreight + Ocean Freight)
• Added advantage if you have sea freight experience/knowledge.
• Technical Skills require are invoicing, Microsoft Excel, CargoWise, Data Entry, Data Analysis, Problem solving, accounting knowledge.
• This role will be based in Subang Jaya, MCT Tower.
