- Develop and implement BIM standards and library for the department and company
- Streamline BIM standards into existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Update BIM standards and processes as needed.
- Oversee the management of BIM data, ensuring its accuracy, project coordination, etc.
- Maintain consistency and quality iof the product output
- Act as the main reference point for BIM-related.
- Coordinating BIM related matter with project consultants.
- Provide BIM-related insights, analysis, and reports to support decision-making by stakeholders.
- Assist the project team in all BIM matters, offering technical support where needed.
- Establishment of BIM standard and library.
- 4 -7 years in property development industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural /Construction Engineering etc.
- Able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
- Technical Skills using BIM modelling, Building design code, BIM Standard, Civil and Structural Design.
