About the company:

Job responsibilities:

Develop and implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards for data center projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate BIM into project workflows. Create and maintain detailed 3D models and digital representations of data center facilities. Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM software. Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models. Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and methodologies. Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of BIM strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in BIM implementation.

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM engineering or a similar role. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of data center design and construction processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in BIM.
