Job Description
Job Scope / Responsibilities
BIM Model Development
Develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models forArchitectural, Structural, and MEP
disciplines in accordance with project requirements. Ensure models reflect design intent, specifications, and construction details at the required Level of Development (LOD).Model Coordination & Clash Detection
Coordinate BIM models across all disciplines to ensure consistency and integration. Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools, identify conflicts, and support resolution with relevant teams.Drawing & Schedule Production
Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and schedules directly from BIM models. Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and comply with project standards and timelines.BIM Standards & Data Management
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, naming conventions, and data requirements. Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.Project Support
Support design, engineering, and construction teams during both design and construction phases. Assist in BIM coordination meetings and respond to project-related BIM queries.Common Software & Tools

Navisworks
AutoCAD
BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Additional Skills (Optional)
Understanding of construction methodology and sequencing Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Good coordination and communication skills Familiarity with LOD, BEP, and BIM execution processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
