Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a good knowledge & familiar with Architecture Design and manage to interpret 2D Structure Drawings to 3D BIM Model; \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and knowledgeable in creating Project Template & Standards for Architecture; \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand and adopt BEP in the project; \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and issue reports for the project; \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from a 3D BIM model for projects of all sizes and technical complexities; \xe2\x80\xa2 Modelling Works should be efficient and manage to follow deadline; \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and understand 3D Family Creation; \xe2\x80\xa2 Clearly annotate dimension and detail production. Setup and manage large sheets set including revisions and mark-ups for each project. Plot drawings to pdf, dwg, or to paper plots \xe2\x80\x93 2D Extraction from 3D BIM Model; \xe2\x80\xa2 Close monitoring of the design modelling and update the drawings as and when needed; \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledgeable with the following software application e.g. (AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Navisworks and MS Office Application). Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Professional Degree in architecture, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent, Master; \xe2\x80\xa2 Having experience working with design firm or site team will be added advantage; \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduate with basic knowledge in Autodesk Revit Architecture are welcome to apply; \xe2\x80\xa2 BIM Modelling certification will be added advantage; \xe2\x80\xa2 Working experience in BIM Environment is added advantage. Proficient in BIM related software, eg. Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD 2D.
