Responsibilities

:

Review and update models in BIM software Modelling LOD 400 Attend weekly coordination meetings with project team members Attending monthly meetings with client Early design review and constructability analysis Manage / Update BIM Project Documents including coordination with sub-contractor and service provider to update the LOD 400. Create and issue reports and documents for the project Coordinate with BIM consultant and provide all necessary information to BIM consultant Update monthly BEP Update LOD 500 Use of AEC (Common Data Environment) Coordinate with client's BIM. Responsible to update the drawings as and when needed Assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and managing of technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality Identifying technical issues and ensuring all of them are properly addressed. Evaluating, organising, and prioritising workload within a schedule. Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance to report on the project's status. Any other task assign by superior.

Requirement:

2 years of related working experience Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction. Able to operate the BIM software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
