Job Summary

  • Understand LODs/ implementation 4D, 5D, 6D process and execution of projects.
  • Trained in BIM Modeling and BIM Management with relevant certifications.
  • Experience in BIM project workflow.
  • Experience in executing design and construction project in BIM environment, and have good understanding on the use of BIM, REVIT, CAD etc.
  • Experience in the 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D and level of details (LODs) of 200, 300, 350 and 400 level of BIM execution.
  • Experience in conducting virtual coordination with other disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in BIM, REVIT MEP
  • Proficient and has good understanding on BIM process, executing design project in BIM environment, information management on common data platform, setting up work flow for MEP modellings, sheet drawing production, assets data management.
  • Experience in system interface coordination exercises / multidiscipline interfaces
  • Maintain proper records of all issued & received models/drawings, Clash Reports, RFIs, BIM Register in accordance with the company's ISO Standards and Procedures and ensure all the drawings are completed on schedule or in a timely manner. Perform regular drawing backups and housekeeping work in the directory
  • Participate the CSD coordination meetings with engineers and designers. Define all the CSD/SEM issues, prepare and distribute the issues accordingly. Follow up with the project team on CSD and BIM model updates
  • Support Project Team for Presentations with BIM-Model and related activities
  • Work under the supervision of BIM Manager and perform work task assigned
  • Report regularly to the Project Manager on the progress of assigned project works
  • Knowledge sharing with others, team working spirit.

Minimum Requirements
  • Preferably with minimum 6-8 years of working experience in design coordination, preferably on different scales of projects within engineering design consulting business, and preferbaly in infrastructure and railway sector.
  • Familiar in operation and have good knowledge of softwares such as Revit, Benltey and AutoCAD
  • Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works
  • Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within team environment when required
  • Be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and take ownership of workload.
  • Take accountability to the performance of own work.
  • Be responsible to colleagues and junior staff.
  • Have good communication skills and be a team player.
  • Be proactive about professional development and demonstrate a desire to continuously improve and develop as an engineer.
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English, able to inspire, influence and negotiate
  • Able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way
  • Good email writing skills, experience of making presentations and attending meetings with clients essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma in Mechancial / Electrical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
