Description Primary Objective: To deliver bank\'s target of productivity in processing of online Small Ticket Business Loan/Financing and BNM/CGC guarantee scheme per day. To deliver bank\'s target of short turnaround time for online Small Ticket Business Loan/Financing and BNM/CGC guarantee scheme application and good customer experience. To conduct due diligence checking in the area of fraud/irregularity/suspicious. Key Responsibilities: To conduct due diligence checking and pre-screening of credit parameter compliance for online Small Ticket Business Loan/Financing and BNM/CGC guarantee scheme application via SME Online Financing platform To create credit application and input of customer information for online Small Ticket Business Loan/Financing and BNM/CGC guarantee scheme application. To conduct fraud check based on Perfios triggered parameters. To submit credit application to Underwriting Manager for recommendation/ decision within the targeted number of return and rework. To deliver bank\'s target of productivity per day. To deliver bank\'s target of short turnaround time from online request to final decision. To provide feedback on submission quality by customer and business development manager. To participate in improvement initiative discussion and execution as and when assigned. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in credit/loan processing/evaluation for business loan. Possess good credit knowledge, credit writing and analytical skillsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
